Request for Proposals
Sealed proposals for the following projects are due to the SAU #13 business office by June 19, 2025 @ 2:00 PM. Email Heather Sherwood at [email protected] or visit SAU13.org for the full RFP. Work location for all RFPs is the KA Brett Elementary School, Tamworth, NH.
Snow plowing and sanding for the three years beginning with the 2025–2026 winter season. Contract includes driveways, parking lots, and emergency access areas. Flat-rate seasonal pricing only.
Landscaping and lawn maintenance (7/1/2025 to 6/30/2026). Includes mowing, trimming, spring/fall cleanup, and off-site debris removal.
Painting various rooms/exterior surfaces at the K.A. Brett School. Proposal to include surface preparation and cleaning, primer as needed, and a minimum of two coats of acrylic paint.
Main office floor replacement. Proposal to include removal of existing floor, subfloor repair/preparation as needed, and installation of new waterproof vinyl plank flooring.
Repair and/or replacement of the fascia and soffit on portions of the primary wing at the K.A. Brett School. Proposal to include removal and disposal of materials and cleaning and preparation of the surface as needed, repair or replacement of the fascia and soffit materials, and painting.

The Madison School District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the design, supply, and installation of a water filtration system at The Madison Elementary School. The system must meet all local, state, and federal water quality standards. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract in the best interest of the school

School Administrative Unit #13 includes the School Board Districts of Madison, Tamworth and Freedom. It was initially formed in 1991 in an effort to promote excellence in our educational programs and our school districts. In the twenty plus years of existence we have worked on initiatives such as: teacher evaluation, curriculum mapping, project based learning and Understanding by Design. Together we have developed curriculum, standards and benchmarks in all of the content areas.
